$60 per month paid annually. Get 4 hours of weekday booking time credit every month. Additional weekday hours only $10 per hour.
- Monthly credits and discounted hourly rate cannot be redeemed or applied towards weekend (Saturday and Sunday), and Holiday bookings.

Members can book The Community for discounted rates limited to meetings, seminars and workshops related to member's business.

Cleaning fee is additional and applies to each booking. Cleaning fee is not included in booking hours.

Events such as birthday parties, baby showers, wine event, corporate events, gatherings, cocktail party, rehearsal dinners, weddings and other wedding related events cannot be booked for the discounted member rate.

Membership is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred.
